Graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute in 1982, qualifying as an engineer-economist. From 1982 to 1985, served as an engineer-economist in the planning department of the Petrovsky Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant, as well as holding elected positions. From 1985 to 1988, completed postgraduate studies in the Department of Industrial Organization and Planning at the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute.
Following postgraduate studies, conducted academic and research activities as a junior research associate, research associate, assistant professor, associate professor, and head of department. Served as principal investigator for state-funded and contract-based research projects. Since February 2026, holds the position of Professor of the Department.
Author of approximately 400 scientific and methodological publications. Contributed to the development and publication of numerous educational and methodological materials, including 9 textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Budget Management, 2010; Labor Rationing at Ferrous Metallurgy Enterprises, 2011; Insurance Services, 2012; Labor Economics and Labor Relations, 2012; International Management, 2012; International Credit, Settlement and Foreign Exchange Operations, 2013; Fundamentals of Management, 2014; Management Psychology, 2014; Strategic Management, 2018) and 7 textbooks approved by NMetAU and USUNT (Corporate Governance, 2018; Managerial Decision-Making Theory, 2018; Personnel Management, 2019; Customs Affairs, 2019; Enterprise Risk Management, 2025; Practical Training in Team Building, 2026).


Research Interests: Economics, organization, planning, and management of industrial enterprises.
Key scientific results are published in 10 monographs (Improvement of Assessment and Remuneration of Specialists in Research and Production Organizations, 1994; Innovative Development and Human Potential: Assessment and Incentive, 2004; Procesy Logistyczne w Systemie Wytwarzania, 2005; Personnel Decision-Making at an Industrial Enterprise, 2009; Logistical Approach to Industrial Systems Management, 2009; Organization of the Flow Production Processes at Metallurgical Plant, 2011; Development of Control System by Industrial Enterprises, 2012; Risks in Investment Activity of Industrial Enterprises, 2013; Cases on Modern Computer Systems in Aviation, 2019; Strategic Personnel Management of an Industrial Enterprise, 2022), 6 scientific works indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases, numerous articles in national peer-reviewed scientific journals, and materials of scientific and practical conferences. Co-author of over 50 collective monographs.
Supervised 3 PhDs (Candidates of Economic Sciences) in Specialty 08.00.04 — Economics and Management of Enterprises, and 1 PhD in Specialty 073 — Management.
Academic Experience: 40 years.
