21 August 2025 the head of the Department of International Economics and Social-Humanitarian Disciplines, Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor and corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Viktor Tarasevych, was the official opponent of Volodymyr Polischuk’s dissertation titled “New Industrialization of the Ukrainian Economy: Theory and Methodology of Analysis” in the field of knowledge 05 “Social and Behavioral Sciences,” specialty 051 “Economics,” at the Specialized Scientific Council of the Odessa National Economic University.
