Zavhorodnia Olena

She has been working in the higher education system, namely, at State Ukrainian University of Science and Technologies, more than 29 years. She has been gone way from graduate student and assistant of the Department of Political Economy to professor.
In 2000 she successfully defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 08.00.01 – Economics, and in 2015 – Doctoral Thesis on the topic «Innovative Dynamics of the National Economy: Evolutionary Synergetic and the Basics of Regulation» in the specialty 08.00.01 – Economics and History of Economic Thoughts (compliance  to specialty C1 (051) – Economics and International Economic Relations). 
In 2002 was awarded by the academic title of Assistant Professor of the Department of Political Economy and then in 2018 - the academic title Professor of the Department of International Economy, Political Economy and Governance.
 She teaches such economic subjects as “Management of innovative activities”, “National economy”, “Management of foreign economic activities”, “International trade and world markets”, “Innovative development of an enterprise in a smart economy”and others. She іs supervisor  the scientific work of postgraduate students.
The main direction of scientific researches are problems of innovative development and competitive policy of open socio-economic systems in the conditions of globalization.
 Author and co-author of more than 240 scientific and methodological works, incl. 8 textbooks, 12 study guides, 10 lecture notes, 13 monographs, 5 articles in publications included in the scientometric databases Scopus and WoS, etc.
She has a certificate of English proficiency at level B2.
